  • Contracts: between cordinators and partners
  • Project management manual: information on partnership, roles and responsibilities of the coordinator and each partner, list of deliverables, progress and financial reporting, conflict management and conflict resolution and communication planning.
  • Templates for reporting: financial, progress and QA reports
  • Reports by all partners: 4 progress activity reports, 4 financial reports, 4 QA reports
  • QA manuals, templates, reports: 4 internal QA reports & 2 external QA reports.
  • Questionnaire: paper and on-line questionnaire identify the level of knowledge on Human rights, Conventions on women rights and convention on children among immigrant NGOs.
  • Deep interviews: at 25 immigrant NGOs in each partner country.
  • Analysis report on the result of the questionnaire: identify the level of knowledge of immigrant NGOs regarding human rights, women rights and the rights of children as well as review NGO’s attitudes on Honour Related Violence.
  • 4 national workshops: 4 national workshops in participating countries to disseminate the result of the questionnaire.
  • NGO profile for work on HRV: digital and printed development of NGO profile.
  • Training materials: printed and downloadable digitally material for education and social dialogue on human rights with focus on women and children rights carried out by immigrant NGOs in order to combat HRV.
  • Training of Immigrant NGOs: 15 immigrant NGOs in each participating country trained in usage of the material (In-class room training)
  • Training: 15 immigrant NGOs in each participating country trained based on the material. Each NGO trains 10 - 15 persons.
  • Transnational partnership: 15 NGOs from each country are connected to each other through the website of the project to share and exchange experiences.
  • Workshop reports with recommendations: national workshop on the outcome of the training.
  • Website: development of a project website with integrated transnational platform for transnational cooperation between immigrant NGOs across EU (available in all partner languages and the languages of selected immigrant NGOs)
  • National Seminars: national workshop to demonstrate the result of the project for stakeholders.
  • Articles: about the project and its result to national newspapers and journals.
  • European conference: Final conference in Stockholm, Sweden with a minimum of 100 stakeholders/policy makers/immigrant NGOs.
